Copyright & Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives the rights to final deliverables created and paid for under the agreed project scope. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing, services listed on the website require advance payment. The client is responsible for applicable transaction fees and taxes.
Project Requirements
Project requirements, scope, deliverables and priorities should be confirmed before development or production begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or timeline.
Revisions
Revision terms depend on the service and project agreement. Where unlimited revisions are offered, requests should be submitted within the stated revision period and within the agreed scope. Material changes to the original brief may be treated as additional work.
Change of Mind
Because digital services involve allocated time, production work and customized deliverables, a change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund. Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable project agreement.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service, stage of production and the terms agreed for the specific project. Custom work, completed deliverables, extensive revisions or client-requested project holds may affect eligibility.
